SUBSCRIPTIONS

How does your subscription service work?

We offer monthly, quarterly (every 3 months) and yearly subscriptions.

  • Monthly subscriptions - Monthly Plan: 1 pair of socks ships each month. Billed $14 per month. You can cancel anytime. 
  • Quarterly Subscriptions - 3 Month Plan: 3 socks ship every 3 months. Socks come in a box of three. $39 billed as a subscription every 3 months from the date of order.
  • Yearly (or Annual) subscription - 12 month plan: 1 box of 12 socks ships one time so you have a pair for every month! $144 billed at purchase and then each year annually from the date of purchase. 

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can access your account through your Account Portal to cancel your subscription or you can send a cancelation request to help@whalleyfinch.com no less than 24 hours prior to your next billing date. If your cancelation request is submitted during the weekends or holidays, your request will be reviewed the next business day. If you need to pause your subscription please email us at help@whalleyfinch.com

Can I re-activate a cancelled account?

If you want to reactivate a previously canceled account to resume receiving boxes, rather than purchasing a new subscription, email us your request at help@whalleyfinch.com

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship worldwide?

All orders placed through our website ship worldwide with the exception of UAE and Mexico.

What are my shipping options?

  • Canada and U.S. Standard Shipping (3-8 Business Days)
  • UPS Ground (2-5 Business Days)
  • UPS Expedited (2-3 Business Days)
  • International Standard Shipping (8-13 Business Days)

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you need assistance contact our customer experience team at help@whalleyfinch.com

I made a mistake or my info has changed - can I edit my order?

Once orders are placed, they are processed immediately and we are no longer able to access the packages to alter any information. If you are unable to request mail forwarding through your local post office please send us a message at help@whalleyfinch.com for further assistance.

What is your Christmas cut-off date?

We recommend placing your orders leading up to Christmas before December 15th to avoid any delays. Any order placed with express delivery before 12 pm PST on the 18th of December will arrive before Christmas.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can retrieve or edit your shipping address through your Account Portal  or email us at help@whalleyfinch.com

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

If you haven’t received your package after 15 business days (Canada or U.S.) or 40 calendar days (international) since it has shipped, please email us at help@whalleyfinch.com for assistance. Missing orders must be reported within 60 days of their shipping date.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, we will refund the full value of any products as long as the following conditions are met:

  1. You are able to return the products to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.
  2. Your items are returned to us in a resalable condition.  This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging still intact

If any of the items you purchased are damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the situation for you.

Please note that we do not offer international freepost returns, so, unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage on your original order or the return.

Where are your socks made?

All of our socks are designed in Vancouver B.C. and then manufactured by our team in a factory in Shanghai. Our Bespoke Filo di Scozia collections are expertly crafted in Italy.

What is the composition of your socks?

For the majority of our socks, we use high quality combed cotton yarns together with a nylon and spandex fibre blend, which yields ultra-soft socks with a better fit and finish. Our exclusive Bespoke collection is made from superior strength Cotton Lisle combined with Nylon and Lycra with a 5X3 ribbed structure. Cotton Lisle is the one of the highest quality material available for sock production. 

Our 200 needle, fine-gauge construction make for highly durable, super smooth comfort. All of our socks are made with reinforced heels, 2 inch non-slip cuffs and hand-linked seamless toes for a premium quality finish.

Why don't you have different sizes?

All of our socks fit an 8-13 shoes. With an 18% nylon composition, our socks have amazing stretch capabilities and are designed to form fit those size ranges with ease. For size 13 or above message us and we'll go out of our way to get those big feet covered.

How should I care for my socks?

For best care results, we recommend washing our premium cotton socks inside out, in cold water, with similar colors, to maximize durability. Avoid tumble drying, dry cleaning, ironing or bleaching

STYLE & COMFORT

What is the best color sock to match with my suit?

It all depends on your suit and shoe color. For a formal look, black socks with a black suit pairs well and navy socks with a navy suit are elegant choices. Grey suits pair well with shades of blue especially navy. A navy suit pairs well with grey or brown socks, and even red, for a contrasted, more professional look. Pay attention to shoe color and ensure your shoes are a different shade than your socks. Whatever your style and color preference, our collections offer versatility and range.

Can I wear my socks with Vans?

Of course! Vans with a pair of our premium socks is always encouraged! Our socks pair well with both formal and casual wardrobes.

Will your sock keep my feet warm?

With higher gauge, 200 needle construction, our socks are soft and cozy and will keep your feet warm while allowing them to breathe. This breathability will also allow for cool feet in the heat.

What is your +one program?

For every WF pair of socks purchased we donate +one pair of new socks to individuals in need. It is a small but meaningful gesture and it makes a difference to those who need it most.

For people experiencing homelessness, new socks are one of the most needed and least donated items of clothing. A fresh, durable pair of socks can go a long way to helping keep feet warm and healthy. As our platform and business continues to grow it’s our responsibility to not only do something positive but shed light on homelessness across North America and in our own cities.
